Water Utility Problems |

There has been water continuously seeping up from the ground (in about a 10 foot area) and has been spilling into the road over the past few weeks. The location is in the front yard of 610 W Ryan Rd along the curb. I have lived a few houses down for over two years and have never seen this area collect water for more than a day after rain/storms. I am unsure if its a break in a water main, but the water has been seeping out at a high enough rate that there is visible flow in the curb leading to the storm drain. The house is currently for sale, and I don't think anyone has been by to check on the property since the problem began. |

The neighbors foliage behind the condemned building at the end of his driveway, is growing over my fence, in the surrounding trees, on my shed roof, wrapped around my downspouts and o his own garage roof, through my fence. I reached out but Mark has not done anything to resolve. Creeping Charlie and wild grape. It’s taking over. |
