I live in Evansville IN. I came to Bloomington to a local venue, parked and took photo of QR CODE.
Nothing appeared on email or Venmo.
I went into the Venue and came out 2 hrs later to a $30.00 ticket.
Please know I tried to do as asked when parking.
I am requesting my parking citation be waived.
