Snow mounded on top of sidewalk on the bridge over the train tracks at about 800 N Rogers. It's where Rogers St becomes Madison St. Our bridges are a key part of our transportation network and need to be maintained even though there is no adjacent property owner!!! The sidewalk is blocked on both sides of the bridge. |

Between 811 and 815 N Jackson, the sidewalk across the alley is . . . gone?? There's just a grassy gap there now. It's surely the city's responsibility to replace it since it across the alley. |

Between 925 and 927 W Jackson, there's a sidewalk across the alley that's made of asphalt or something. It's down at a different level from the surrounding sidewalk and is a tripping hazard. Because it's across the alley, it's the city's responsibility to repair. |

The bit of sidewalk across the alley is made of bricks that are at a significantly lower level than the surrounding sidewalk and therefore is a tripping hazard. Because it's in front of an alley, I suppose it's the city's responsibility to upgrade the bit to something safer, like has been done on the opposite side of the street. |

The block of Waldron between Kirkwood and 4th street is unplowed. It has not been plowed at all. It was also unplowed in December when there was a large snowfall. I believe this is regularly getting missed and believe it may be marked as completed when it is not. Waldron going the other direction is completely clear. |

On S Clifton Ave between 1st and 2nd there remains significant snow. Other small streets in the vicinity show patches pavement while this one is remains packed and covered with snow. This happened in the last storm as well so I don't know if the street is getting left off of a route. |

Hello,
I am an elderly resident with a disability living at the dead end of Swain Avenue. The previous tenant had requested that city snow removal not extend to the end of the street (I do not know why). Unfortunately, this is creating a serious hardship for me.
I park my vehicle at the left side of the end of the street next to my home. With the current snow conditions and the lack of plowing to this area, I am unable to safely leave my home. I have critical medical appointments scheduled this week that I cannot miss, and access to my vehicle is essential.
I kindly request that snow plowing be extended to the end of Swain Avenue moving forward so I can safely exit my home. This is an urgent safety and accessibility concern.
