I previously reported a pothole at this location, and it was filled. Thanks for that. However, the pothole patch alone has not resolved the broader pavement failure. The surrounding roadway has extensive interconnected cracking, deteriorated asphalt, uneven patch edges, and areas that appear to be breaking apart around the repair. Please inspect the full affected area and include this location in the City’s repair or resurfacing list. Thank you so much! |

There is widespread pavement distress throughout this section of the street, including interconnected or alligator-type cracking, longitudinal and irregular cracks, weathering, and localized surface deterioration. The damage extends beyond the selected map location and is present throughout the surrounding street. Please include this in repair lists and inspect the full street segment to determine whether crack sealing, patching, resurfacing, or rehabilitation is appropriate.

The location is on the walking path where Fourth Street would be, between Jefferson and Roosevelt. Water is draining from a yard on the north side of the path and down the path. It's been like that for about a week, so I wonder if something is leaking. The intersection visible in the photo is Fourth and Roosevelt. |
