The location is on the walking path where Fourth Street would be, between Jefferson and Roosevelt. Water is draining from a yard on the north side of the path and down the path. It's been like that for about a week, so I wonder if something is leaking. The intersection visible in the photo is Fourth and Roosevelt. |
