The location is on the walking path where Fourth Street would be, between Jefferson and Roosevelt. Water is draining from a yard on the north side of the path and down the path. It's been like that for about a week, so I wonder if something is leaking. The intersection visible in the photo is Fourth and Roosevelt. |

The sidewalk starting at 2206 S Rockport Rd to Countryside Ln is very overgrown. It creates a hazard because you have to leave the side walk in some areas and Rockport is a bust road. |
