I live at 3224 S Southern Oaks Ct and am reporting on 3220 S Southern Oaks Ct. The house was foreclosed on and the flippers were/are having drainage issues. They are plugging into the Southern Oaks Church drainage on one side of the house to alleviate some flooding. However, they've had a small excavator to move a lot of dirt to change the grading in the backyard and created berms to potentially direct water away from their pool but into our yard. I'm unsure if they're putting in pipes to deal with this issue. From our view, it appears as if they're done and the water will flow into our yard creating a problem for us. Please let me know if there's anything we can do. Thank you. |
