Great work by the crews on the Clear Creek Trail this morning around 8-9am doing tree trimming. They were very respectful of trail users, making sure we could get through their work areas without major disruption, and they were doing a great job on a long overdue task of cutting back all of the branches hanging low and into the path. I thanked as many of them as I could as I biked by, but just wanted to say thanks again for keeping the trail looking good and making it safe for all. |

We have been having a problem with deer (possibly the same animal) in our backyard since April. The deer is there all day every day, grazing and pooping everywhere. It has basically taken over our backyard, destroyed our garden, and left poop everywhere. It's not the least bit afraid of us. We are especially concerned about ticks/Lyme disease. Our backyard now feels unsafe due to the presence of the deer scat and the increased probability of Lyme disease-carrying ticks. |
