The dog cries a lot and might be locked in a room sometimes because I can hear it through the floor and walls, and these apartments are cookie cutter style. It sounds like a medium-sized or big dog. I hear people slam things frequently, and they also smoke cigarettes indoors. I’m concerned for this dog’s well-being and almost positive there is animal abuse occurring. | | 6 months ago |
