Why would the city block the entire northbound line of traffic with a giant construction sign on Rogers at the intersection of Rockport when that's the only way to get into the parking lot by the switch Yard pavilion where food truck Friday is going on? Does it make any sense to create such a significant road hazard by making everybody going in and out of the park from the south with the road closure to the north Have to cross into oncoming traffic and go head on with each other? Brilliant. |
