Dog outside barking constantly. It’s a large shepherd dog with a deep bark that can be heard many houses away. This is more of a noise complaint than a wellness concern, but I do worry that they leave it outside for hours on end. It was barking at four in the morning this past weekend. I appreciate your help and all you do. |
