Bloomington, IN	Animal Control & Neglected Pets	closed	Dog outside barking constantly. It’s a large shepherd dog with a deep bark that can be heard many houses away. This is more of a noise complaint than a wellness concern, but I do worry that they leave it outside for hours on end. It was barking at four in the morning this past weekend. Bloomington, IN	Traffic Related Complaints	closed	Traffic on East Rogers between the two round a bouts at High and Sare is an absolute race track there in front of the church. Cars adjusted so they make a huge noise racing gunning the engine and going 50 60 mph or more. Can not anything be done?		4 months ago
