In the Summit Pointe Apartment complex, outside 653 E Alpine Trl, there is a large dumpster sitting across from residential units in the parking lot. It is left overflowing for weeks at a time, constantly. When it is emptied, it is filled to the brim within a day and left to sit for another couple of weeks. It is being used for bulk dumping of mattresses and furniture.
If Summit Pointe is within their rights to do this, then I will stop reporting it. However, I don't see how a container of garbage this full, all the time, right across from residences, is not a sanitary hazard.
I would appreciate closure on this issue. Thank you. |

Garbage, trash cars, never mows. Then when city asks - it’s a passive aggressive mow. There’s literally’x’ patterns mown in front lawns 17 years of giving the bird to COB. Do something, like condemn entire house, these tenants know how to work the system. |
