Hello! A couple hours ago I ran over a massive pothole on S Clarizz Blvd. I was heading Southbound after turning off of E 3rd St. I was about halfway between where I turned off of E 3rd and reached the stop sign. Sadly, it popped my front left tire. I mainly just wanted to report it to be fixed, but someone from the City told me I might be able to get reimbursed as well. Potholes on west Allen from larkspur to Bloomfield rd. They did come out patch 2 to 3. But did not do the part of Allen the was reported. Only one kind of small block. |

Storm drainage is an issue here. When it rains, water is entering the basement. Heavy rains back up due to improper grading on 3216 and 3212 S Oaks Ct. Can someone please look into what can be done by the neighboring property owners or the city? Any more information on easements or compliance with original plats would be helpful. Thank you. |
