Bloomington, INclosedParks & PlaygroundsLeonard Springs Park, parking lot Today 3/12/26 at around 4:30pm I was approached by a man just outside the parking lot. While I approached the lot, he was sitting in his car with the windows down playing loud music. When I got closer, he got out of this car and started walking down the gravel path in my direction. When he was about 10 feet away he said to me: "Thats a pretty cat." (I had my 90lb dog with me.). I laughed and said thanks and kept walking. He then stopped and asked "Are you bouncing right now?" I didn't understand him and just said No and kept walking. He then mumbled a bit and said something like "yea just asking, if you weren't leaving, I was gonnna go take some pictures and you could come." I told him I was yea I was leaving and walked away. Nothing egregious, but the interaction made me uncomfortable. It felt like a predatory interaction and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. If I didn't have my dog with me, I would have felt unsafe. I didn't get a license plate, but he was driving a white, four-door car, maybe a Ford Focus. Not brand new, but not old either. He was roughly 5'10 - 6ft. Sandy blonde hair. Wearing all black - sneakers, skinny jeans, a tattered leather jacket. He was a normal to thin build. White male.4 months ago
