I was awakened at 6:30 this morning (during quiet hours) by dogs barking in the back yard at 1432 Winfield Rd. I tried to go back to sleep but the dogs were barking again a little before 7am. Then they were barking at 7:21am. Then they were barking at 7:35am. So much for getting any more sleep. |

Street Trees |

I didn’t get a photo, but can if needed. There are several trees m/large branches overhanging South High Street between Hillside and Greenbriar that look like they are about to fall. I am starting to avoid driving that stretch in fear that one of those precarious limbs/tree may fall on my car. They seem to be on personal properties, but I feel the owners should know they appear to be unsafe. |

Traffic Related Complaints |

During the construction of the new building on Kirkwood, the flow of traffic has been shifted. It is clearly marked on the road, but given that it is new, I think some kind of physical lane divider may be needed (like those posts that sometimes are put up to separate lanes of traffic). I drive through that area frequently, and it is clear that a number of drivers are caught by surprise/startled when they realize they are driving in what seems like head-on traffic to the other lane that has shifted. I am concerned that a minor accident is likely. |
