There are families that have been stuck for 3 days and cannot get out because they can't make it up or down that hill in their cars. There are many times we cannot leave in time or the road is blocked due to an abundant amount of trucks And other work vehicles. This project has been going on for a long time. It’s blocking parking spots overnight and preventing us from leaving and coming back to our homes easily. It’s preventing our trash from being taken. In the mornings, there is hardly any time for the cars from Rockport to get through on a green light. This is a problem for school drop offs. I have lived at this corner for 13 years and this seems to be a new problem with the timing. It is causing a traffic line on Rockport. The utility cut in the street was covered with asphalt but the asphalt is now peeling in the cold and the utility cut is open and may damage someone’s tires.
