There is a detour sign in the middle of the sidewalk at the NE corner of Walnut and Second. It creates an obstacle for people with disabilities. Please tell your employees and contractors not to obstruct sidewalks. It happens a lot. |

The I 69 sign at the corner of Tapp and Leonards Springs has been hit and has fallen over. Drivers cannot see it. Looks beat up too. Might need to be replaced |

Someone could easily fall into that hole and get seriously hurt. Lots of children and elderly in this area, including those with special needs. In the evening the huge hole is invisible. |

Was disappointed to see no improvements to the steps on the steep hill when the updates to the roundabout were made. Can we please consider updating these steps sometime? They are all different lengths and angles which makes them difficult, awkward, and dangerous to traverse. Plus, kids cannot ride their bikes down them if they wanted to ride their bike to school. They are not accessible for wheelchair users either. |

Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris) |

These new apartments have trash strewn everywhere behind the buildings. I own the neighboring business and they are dumping their trash bags and furniture over our fence. We have cleaned it up twice now thinking it was a move out but this is crazy. |

On the right side of the building, in front of parking spaces 30–38, there is a significant amount of trash scattered along the hillside coming from the apartment area. We respectfully request that this debris be cleaned up. |
