This house, for example - *MOUNDS* of trash are piled up on the west side of the building, and couches remain on the porches all in full view of Runcible Spoon customers. Does HAND issue daily fines that accrue? Or does HAND even issue fines? And if so, does HAND ever actually collect the fines? And if they do, what happens to the money they collect? And if any or all of this happens, are there any records of the fines and their collection statuses viewable by the public? If you do a quick search, you'll realize this has been an ongoing safety issue for 5–6 years. I’ve raised it before (last year and again this year), but nothing has changed.
