The reported vehicle went to play chicken with us and refused to move and passenger got out of vehicle all to come yell expletives at us and say they aren’t moving….. all this to say because a new section of sidewalk was poured and not repainted yellow so another vehicle was parked there and taking up that drivers lane while ours was clear.
