bei uns wurden in den letzten Tagen die Kanäle gereinigt. Leider wurde nach der Reinigung vor der Kessenicher Straße 90 der Kanaldeckel nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß verschlossen. Nun ertönt bei jeder Befahrung durch ein Auto das übliche Ihnen bekannte Geräusch von nicht ordnungsgemäß verschlossen Kanaldeckeln.
Da es sich um neuere Varianten handelt die mit Gasdruckfedern beim öffnen unterstützt werden stellt sich die Grage ob hier zusätzlich ein Sicherheitsrisiko besteht und sich der Kanaldeckel nach einer Überfahrung öffnet | | 4 months ago |

| Bloomington, IN | open | Other | We own a business building next to Kinser Flats. During covid, business slowed down and people had to work from home. The people that still went to the office became uncomfortable there due to the fighting next door, gun fire, profanity, vagrant people who would be passed out on the back deck, human waste, needles in the yard and on deck, random junk cars in the parking lot, zombie like people with camp sites set up in the yard and huge amounts of trash. We have had to replace Hvac (5 units) 2 times due to vandalism and had a concrete block thrown through a window, another window cracked, lots of broken outdoor furnishings, torn up masonry and lawn equipment stolen from shed that was also completely torn down. As a result of all of this, the value of the property has gone down significantly. We would like to get back into the building to do business and would like help/cooperation with the city and the people running Kinser Flats to make this possible. This building was a beautiful and safe place to work and do business before Kinser Flats and now it is unsafe and impossible upkeep.
