Looking at the positions of the cars, I guessed that the car that was hit had been crossing Walnut via 9th and was t-boned. When I looked at the stop signs on 9th Street, I realized that there is no indication for the driver that this is NOT a 4-way stop. These big crosswalks could easily make people think that it’s a 4-way.
