This has diverted traffic to hillside and last evening the traffic on hillside going west was backed up from the light at high street through the roundabout near renwick. This was causing drivers to divert into the neighborhood north of there, flying through at high speeds. Open up our roads again, stop making driving impossible in Bloomington with all these sidewalks, bikepaths, street narrowing curbs that NOBODY uses. NOBODY. Suggest you put sidewalk in on my side, and return the road lanes out here to 4 instead of 2. There are too many wrecks coming in right over this hill because of traffic coming east off 46 into town and over this hill and it is always backed up from light at smith road.
