Bloomington, IN	Fire Hazards	closed	Fires are regularly being set on property adjacent to the Arlington Valkey Neighborhood. Several times per week, these fires are used to melt copper from wire or to make drugs. In both cases, the toxic fumes engulf residents’ yards and homes.
