Last evening, I explained to one of them that it was not a place to park, but she just smiled, cackled, and drove off. Is this even a violation, or can they just stop anywhere they please for as long as they like? If it is a violation, and since it's so close to the police station, it seems like there could easily be an officer out there handing out tickets to teach them a lesson.
