A few days later, the breached line backed sewage into our house. We hired plumbers to snake and inspect the line and we were able to see the blockage was caused by the fiber optic line. The fiber optic installers created a patch around our sewer line, but we were stuck with a $700+ plumbing bill. We feel that the fiber optic line installers should reimburse us for the plumbing bill, but can’t connect with anyone. A guy named Mike Nally, who seemed to be a supervisor, took our info and pics of the problem and promised to pass them on, but we’ve never heard from anyone. Can you connect us to someone who can arrange for us to be reimbursed? I have tried to attach a photo of the bill as well as of the camera shots of the blocked sewer line. |  | 6 months ago |
