| Bloomington, IN | open | Street Lights | I filed a complaint well over a month ago about the street light that is not working in front of the house. When repairs were done to the side walks in October, the light was disconnected and just left unconnected, with the glass dome hanging at the top of light. Clearly you can see it’s not working by that alone. I submitted a ticket 200127. Today I received notification that the light was fixed. I was also told by Christina Smith to contact her if it is not. I don’t know how I am supposed to contact her when there is no email or phone on the notification, and it comes from a no reply email. The light is not working now going on over four months. Please send someone out to fix it tired of waiting as it’s a safety hazard as well. | | 8 months ago |
