Dies ist auch heute wieder der Fall.
Danach stellen viele Leute übers Wochenende ihre Kartons einfach davor/daneben.
Oft sind auf den Kartons die Adressaufkleber sichtbar! Vielleicht besteht die Möglichkeit, die Leute zu ahnden?
Vielleicht können dort mehr Papiercontainer aufgestellt werden oder in einer praktischeren Aufstellung?
