| Bloomington, IN | open | Street & Traffic Signs | I was heading east on Allen to the light at Patterson. There is a no turn on red sign there but it is impossible to see at night. During the day it is difficult to see because of the position it is in. I assume that sign is there for a reason. This needs to be addressed right away.
