| Bloomington, IN | open | City Construction Projects | Hello! On the northeast corner of 9th and Indiana Ave. there is a two foot (or more?) deep hole right next to the sidewalk. It appeared a month ago during some construction. The hole is deep enough that it could cause serious injury should someone accidentally step in it. This coming weekend is IU Homecoming and Indiana Ave. sidewalk will be heavily trafficked.
