The blue van is not in a parking spot but in the yellow lines for the edge of the spots and a white cargo van next to it. The white van has no plates and the blue vans plates are from Alabama and expired plates. I have seen the blue van sliding door open for multiple days in a row and now am seeing people just randomly going up to the vehicle. It is attracting homeless people to the area in which the AAA dumpster has had suitcases left in the dumpster area only left for others to retrieve.
