Even though it's only a half-block, they should obey the rules because people walk on that street regularly (there are no sidewalks) and they are not expecting a car to be racing toward them out of the blue from the wrong direction. I have woken up at 4 AM this morning, yesterday morning and the past several Wednesdays due to the trash truck noise. The noise was really loud since the truck was picking up the big dumpster right next to my apartment for almost 5 minutes. I noticed some days the truck comes late morning or afternoon, which is perfectly fine, but when it comes at 4 AM it really messes up my sleep and the following day. I would understand if it happens at a commercial building where no one sleeps in the middle of the night but this dumpster is located right next to the wall of my apartment building. I was wondering if you could help resolve this issue because it will be really stressful if it keeps happening.

| Bloomington, IN | open | Other | There is an encampment forming along the B-Line near the small dog park. Where the trail splits into 2, it is to the west of the trails. They are erecting structures. Please do not let another camp form here. It is right next to the trail and these inevitably lead to conflicts with park/trail goers.
Also can we please consider adding a uReport category, probably under Hazards or Sanitation, for reporting encampments directly? For one of the largest issues facing our city is seems odd that there is no way to directly report them. Not trying to persecute anyone but we need a way to report and track these.
