Bloomington, INopenOtherSuggestion for BACC. The Bloomington Shelter has been adopting pets out to homeless individuals. In many occasions dogs have been found tied up outside stores while the owner is inside. Would like to suggest that the shelter provide these individuals wirh collars that have contact info embroidered and maybe something that says they will be right back. It’s very distressing to come across an animal tied up with no understanding of why. I think it would be worth the investment to help avoid unnecessary shelter inductions. Maybe a patch type collar is available with messages. If something was on the collar where one wouldn’t have to touch the dog to identify would be best gbut even a tag with info would help. Thanks for your consideration.12 months ago
