It could be because the yellow curb markings are fading, but folks are parking their cars on the street all the way to the 4 way stop sign at Rogers/Dodds. With cars parked like that when you enter Dodds and a car is coming down Dodds there is no where to go. I am an older driver and its scary entering my street.
