The city hired a company to work on the corner of Walnut Pk. & Heather last summer. At my request they finally did cover the hole they left. Nothing was seeded or planted. The dirt was clay and rocks. Now the mess has wash away from underneath the sidewalk. If someone would have a look I would appreciate it. I think it needs top soil and grass seed. I will be happy to add flowers. Thank you. |

There is a pretty good size hole that was not properly filled in and paved after a Water Hydrant replacement on the opposite side of 1525 S. Sare Rd. This is potentially hazardous if a vehicle drives over this (especially at night as there is no street light. This has been neglected for several months and needs paved! |

There is a pavement cut across the street (for the installation of a new culvert) that has never been paved. It is a hazard for car and bicycle traffic. Although gravel has been placed, the gravel is now 3-4" below the surrounding street. |

We work for IU Real Estate and we received a report from a staff member at our Commercial Building, Starbucks stating, "I wasn’t sure who to reach out to but I wanted to make someone aware just in case. While running trash outside to our trash bins in the alley, I came out right as what appeared to be an unhoused man threw his items on the ground and loudly said “Well I need to take a sh**.” He started removing his pants and went into the cut out just passed our alley side doors where there are two large dumpsters (I believe for the residents upstairs). I do apologize for anyone that has to handle this, but I wanted to make you aware in case there was a mess with any kind of human excrement there."
