On the street Milton Dr, between W Coolidge and W Graham Rd, there is a house with gravel. I was walking my dog around 7:30 pm when I feel through this (unsure what it is) and got my leg caught. My shoe and pants got caught and felt on my left side. There is no light in the area and it made it very hard to see this already broken item. It was not covered at all and broke even more when I fell through. |

I live at Summit Pointe apartment complex and am concerned about a dog that I have seen locked out on an upper deck. I walk by this apartment at least 5 times a day.
He has no shelter and exposed to the elements, like extreme heat, storms and now it’s going to be getting cold. This has been going on since about June.
I am unsure if it has food or water but it is evident that the dog urinates and defecates on the porch.
It appears to be a medium sized brown and black dog. He never barks he just lays there looking very sad.
Whoever lives there is home quite often as I can see a tv on and they have a cat that I see in the window.
They never bring the dog in or walk it.
There is an outdoor grass turf hanging on the porch railing which I assume is sometimes used for him to use the bathroom on.
I hope someone can look into this and help this poor dog.
I believe the address is 1044 E Summit View pl.
I am also going to alert the apartment complex on Monday morning.
Thank you.
A concerned pet owner. |
