I've reported this in the past and you've helped but I'm asking for this growth to be on the regular schedule to be trimmed/cut back (and I recognize that it won't be a problem soon for a few months but it has been, is now, and will be again). The location is at the road side of the house on the NW corner of Fairway Lane and Rogers Street, which is now gray-sided but used to be red wood. When turning on to Rogers from Fairway it's hard to get out far enough to see around the foliage if a car is coming. Cars come pretty fast southbound on Rogers and if they don't have their lights on it makes it even harder to see them even in daylight. Maybe some of that foliage could even be completely removed so that the out-growth wouldn't really happen. I don't know if you can understand this from a passenger car driver's perspective unless you're in a passenger car at that stop sign turning your head left and right multiple times to make sure nobody's coming down the hill from the south nor hidden by the foliage from the north. I sincerely appreciate the county's help! |

My wife and I were out on a neighborhood walk on N Blue Ridge Dr. and had just crested the rise and were then on the descent when we noticed a small dark sedan accelerating very aggressively up the hill towards us. There is no sidewalk in this area, so we were walking northbound facing traffic on the edge of the road. The driver, a white male, with a full beard (brown or red hair) was not showing any effort to divert away from us. I raised both my arms and was waiving my hands to make sure he saw us. He continued accelerated up the hill going maybe 40 MPH passing way too close to us. I yelled at him at he flew by “SLOW. DOWN”! He paid no heed to us and abruptly turned left up East Blue Ridge Dr. hill. We continued down the hill and were walking along the sidewalk on Ramble Rd West when this same individual and vehicle came by at a high rate of speed and flipped us off with his left hand. Later in our walk I saw what appeared to be the same vehicle parked at the residence of 304 East Blue Ridge Dr. photo attached. This individual is a hazardous driver and there are way too many people that walk this neighborhood for him to be driving the way he does. |

We have had a couple flooding in the basement here coming from the shower drain. A plumber who looked at it suggested that there may be a buildup - or at least a tendency to build up - in the pipes at or around the transfer to the city pipes.
Is there any way for this to determine whether or not the root cause of the flooding is a problem with the city pipes, or the home plumbing?
