When a resident reports an issue, and that issue then gets resolved, the resident should be notified that the issue has been resolved. It can be fairly difficult to go back through pages of reports to see what the solution was for the issue.

| Rostock, Deutschland | in_process | Zugang rollstuhlgerecht gestalten | Der in Auto-Fahrtrichtung links befindliche Fußweg ist teilweise für Rollstuhlfahrer, aber auch Radfahrer oder auch einfach Fußgänger mit Einkaufstasche nicht sinnvoll verwendbar, da er zum Einen eh schon schmal, zum anderen aber weitgehend mit Fahrzeugen zugeparkt ist. Statt der aktuellen Parkplätze, die zur Hälfte auf dem Fußweg sind, sollte diese Straßenseite gänzlich ein Parkverbot erhalten, das auch kontrolliert werden sollte. Dann kämen auch PKW und Fahrzeuge wie die der Stadtreinigung oder Lastwagen wie Umzugsunternehmen oder Baufahrzeuge besser durch die Straße. Es ist schade, dass sich ALLE Verkehrsteilnehmer dort stark zurücknehmen oder alternative Wege suchen müssen, nur damit vielleicht 20 Autos einen Stellplatz haben. | Bloomington, IN | closed | Potholes, Other Street Repair | At the intersection of south walnut and country club dr (on south walnut) there is a pothole that I hit this morning while trying to avoid all the other cars that were trying to miss it. I hit it and caused some damage to my car. I need a call or an email (something) letting me know what I have to do to get my car fixed. I have witnesses that can let you know the damage to my car. This pothole needs fixed before there is more damages to other people's vehicles. It damaged the emergency brake system on the right back side. Attached is the picture of the part that fell off when we got the call pulled in my work parking lot. It is making a loud noise. Don't know the extent of the damages. | | 7 months ago |
