I sit on Landmark to turn left onto westbound 3rd Street. The light cycle seems far longer than any other light cycle in Bloomington. I timed it this morning and I sat at the light for 5 minutes 34 seconds. Is that expected and normal? To avoid this, I end up turning right and pulling a u-turn which I know isn't safe, but is the quickest way to get out of that intersection. It was around 7:50am this morning. The traffic on 3rd street never got an arrow even to turn left onto Landmark |
