Need a crosswalk from bus stop to Meadow Park Apartments. Due to curvature of the road, there is low visibility for both cars and pedestrians attempting to cross the street after exiting bus. |

Unsafe Buildings |

There is a rental house that is being inhabited by 11 people. There are significant code violations that concern safety and habitation. There are wild bats flying around the interior of the house; there are downed high-voltage power lines; there are holes in the walls, ceilings, and other places throughout the house; there are no smoke detectors, nor are there carbon monoxide detectors. It is of the utmost urgency to have this place inspected. We have tried to work with management, and they are negligent in their response and concern. |

There are three trees on this property that are not healthy & have dropped limbs in the past. Recently I've been in communication with an arborist who recommends their removal. Can a Compliance Officer respond please inform me on what is the best way to proceed? |
