On Monday afternoon (three days ago), I observed THREE members of the Vivo grounds crew, as they cleared the Vivo parking lot and entrances to the building. They could have easily cleared the public sidewalk too, but they did not.
This is not the first time this winter for Vivo to ignore the requirement to clear sidewalks. (See Case #207219 from December 16.) Therefore, I request that you give them NO WARNING; just fine them.
