Abandon garage/building at Orris and W. Cottage Grove. Overgrown vegetation, dumping, attracting transients AGAIN. Out of town owner. No work has been done on the lot in a year. We are trying so hard to clean up this neighborhood. The continued neglect of this property attracts dumping, drug use and the criminal element... at the expense of taxpaying neighbors and tenants that surround it. Please address this issue, it is the last problem property in the immediate area. |

The fence separating our homes and Schmalz are rotting and falling apart further. I think my fence may be able to fully fall down. We are constantly telling kids to not go on it in fear it will break on them. Can we please get new fencing as the repairs don't truly shore up the safety that it is falling down. |
