Noise Issue

SFFD E40 fire engine turned on siren at 4 am 4/27 appeared doing practice run with no emergency waking the whole neighborhood. I saw the fire truck just drove a few blocks down and turned around went to station. This has happened several nights. It is ridiculous. It must be stopped
