Noise Issue

Problems with this address have been ramping up again in earnest. Please review address history. Presently playing music outdoors at impossibly loud levels, way above ambient, drowning local buses and even the neighboring storefront church. Absolutely ludicrous behavior. I am refraining from attaching my name as this person has a history of threats and violence.
