Abandoned Vehicles

A four door white/cream Lexus 300 has been at this location for 6-8 weeks now, it has been almost that long since I have seen anyone near the vehicle. It is has covered windows preventing the ability to look into the vehicle, missing gas tank lid, and wheels have orange zig zag markings on them, again this vehicle has been parked here for quite some time, I have seen a ticket on or 2 on it but have no idea why it has not been removed.
