Noise Issue

I live at 1452 Bush and the boxing gym next door starts banging their boxing bags at 7am on the weekends when people are trying to actually sleep in. Noise ordinances are until 8am on weekends. Someone needs to bring a noise meter to the building so they can record how loud it is and how much the sound vibrates through the building. I'm on the 5th floor and it is so loud it scares me and wakes me up. This is constant throughout the door once they get going.
