Dangerous unsafe unhealthy encampments to nearby Sacred Heart, Chinese American school children, park goers continues to obstruct sidewalks re Americans w disabilities causing life safety issues such as starting fires and pooping peeing shooting up to people of color neighborhood! Police cleared encampments 2/14/23 and 2/28/23 and 3/31/23 per city order. Yet encampments, returned following day in same location illegally ever since! Records sent daily to city w pics for liability purposes if kids get HIV, Hep C, etc from syringes! Safety 1st!?!
