Customer is reporting that the trees and bushes on median along the block are overgrown and are stretching into the street for 3 feet. Vehicles hitting them and those that are avoiding them have the risk of hitting the parked vehicles. Previous SR 16144476 has not been resolved. This is the 5th request for this issue.
