--- Customer is a frequent 311 caller, but he does not give out his contact information. Please update the notes on the request and the 311 CSR will update the caller with the information. Customer is wondering if the ballot packets for the upcoming elections in November 2024 will have separate packets for the National election and the local Mayoral election? Customer is concerned that a single envelope with all the ballots will be difficult for voters to manage. Customer is suggesting two separate mailings for the two different ballots to make is easier. Thank you!
