Abandoned Vehicles

I reported this vehicle yesterday (5-19) as abandoned with no response. It has not moved since May 14th with no one in the neighborhood claiming it. This is the second time that this vehicle has been left in one spot for extended amount of days. It is located south on 15th ave towards Fulton Street, parked next to a public garden under a tree.
